Message: Went there last week, with solar panel problem. Darren promptly checked it out and I went back today, got second leisure battery fitted and solar panel wired the way it was supposed to be. Iwas impressed how quickly and efficiently he dealt with the problem. First class service, would highly recommend.

Message: My four year old East Neuk Campervan has been little used since September 2019 due to personal circumstances and Covid restrictions. When preparing the van this Saturday 3 July for its first outing I discovered that a pipe in the heating system had parted (probably due to frost damage). I e-mailed East Neuk at 11. 26 and got a reply from Darren Lynch at 11. 46 and he offered to look at the van today, 5 July. On my arrival the van was immediately looked at and the pipe re-fitted. The system was refilled and associated pipes and valves were all checked. To get such a helpful, rapid and competent response delivered with cheerfulness and enthusiasm is especially welcome in these troubled times and particularly when some sectors of the automotive industry are not always famed for good customer relations or service.

Message: On a recent trip to Fife we noticed that the leisure battery on our Fifer Campervan was failing to charge. After a quick phone call to East Neuk Campervans Darren asked us to pop in. There and then he confirmed what we had suspected - our leisure battery was done. This was not surprising after five years of regular use. At the same time he noticed that we had a damaged door catch which he immediately replaced! Once again we were so impressed by the service offered by East Neuk Campervans. This father and son run business will go the extra mile to ensure that customers leave their premises satisfied with the service offered. We have travelled extensively in our Fifer. People often comment about the layout and the quality of the finish.
